Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provides a mixed experience with clean and spacious rooms, though with a slight smell of mold. The service is exceptional, with standout employees like Milton and Adrian offering great assistance. The location is attractive with lush surroundings, but some minor breakfast limitations were noted. The dining options were satisfactory for some meals but lacked variety for specific dietary needs.
The hotel had a musty smell upon arrival, but we ended up enjoying our stay. The rooms were small and smelled like mildew. The service was fantastic, especially from Luis, who kept everyone happy despite his injury. The location was beautiful, with lush surroundings and lots of palm trees. The dining experience featured delicious food but lacked options for people with dietary restrictions. The facilities were well-maintained.
This hotel is like a hidden gem nestled in a jungle-like setting, offering a unique experience away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spread out in bungalows, providing a serene and quiet atmosphere, although the beach access can be a bit underwhelming. The full-service lobby is a contrast to the peaceful surroundings, giving a complete vacation feel.
The hotel offers spacious rooms in a 4 plex style with two balconies, a separate living area, and a nice hammock on the deck, providing everything you need. The staff, including Angelo, Cesar, Sergio, Paola, Valeria, Edgar, Ariana, Criss, Alejandra, Mayren, and the towel man Yahir, are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the small resort with lots of character, great food, and amazing staff a delightful stay. The location is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a variety of wildlife, including flamingos and parrots. The dining experience is above average, with themed nights and homemade bread, creating a cozy atmosphere. The facilities are convenient and well-kept, ensuring a comfortable stay.
